Two-party-consent states (CA, IL, FL, PA, WA, MD, and others) require that all parties are notified before the call is recorded. Your greeting must open with a phrase such as:

"Thank you for calling [Restaurant Name]. This call may be recorded."

This disclosure must be the first words spoken in the audio file, before any substantive conversation begins.
